WHERE DO YOU CURRENTLY DELIVER TO?
  • We ship all across Canada. In addition, Local delivery options are available within the Greater Toronto Area and York Region in Ontario, Canada. Check back here for more updates as we expand our service delivery.
 
HOW MUCH DOES LOCAL DELIVERY COST?
  • Local delivery is only available for orders over $40. Local delivery costs up to $10 per order.
 
HOW CAN I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
  • All orders for $150 or more come with free local delivery. 
 
CAN I SEND AN ORDER AS A GIFT?
  • Of course! Simply include your recipient’s shipping information in your order and you’re good to go.
 
FROZEN BONE BROTH SHIPPING?
  • We ship our broth packages frozen using insulated containers. However, these items may arrive partially frozen, refrigerated, or cool, depending on the weather and transit time. 
  • If your broth arrives fully or partially frozen, it's okay to refreeze these items if you aren't consuming them immediately. 
  • If your items are completely thawed out on arrival, please refrigerate them and consume them within two weeks from the ship date.
 
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
  • If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can change or cancel your order. To do this, call +1 647-267-7260 or email hello@natritionalwellness.ca 
 
WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
  • Depending on the shipping address and order details, we ship using a private courier, CanadaPost, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator. Check back here for more updates as we expand our service delivery.
 
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
  • No worries, we can help. Take a photo of the damage and email it to us along with a request for a replacement — our email address is hello@natritionalwellness.ca. In most cases, we can send out a replacement.
 
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
  • Right now, we only ship locally within Canada. For international orders, please contact us. Check back here for more updates as we expand our service delivery.
 
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • We’ll send you an email that contains shipping information as soon as we ship your order. If your order seems to be late or you didn’t get your shipping information, send us an email at  hello@natritionalwellness.ca, and we’d be happy to help.
  • You can also call 647-267-7260. Our customer service representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday. If we miss your call, we’ll be sure to call you back the next business day.
 
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
  • We process orders right away and all shipments go out on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. When ordering within York Region, Ontario delivery time is usually from 1 to 2 days. For orders in the GTA, expect your order to arrive in 2 to 4 days.
  • At this time we cannot expedite orders. Also, delivery times may be longer during times of inclement weather and the Christmas season. Right now, some deliveries are taking longer than normal due to COVID-19.
