Asked for this for a Christmas gift and I am so happy with the purity and a the flavor of this tallow ! I am new to using animal fats for cooking but I wanted to stop using any seed oil for cooking. Last night we had homemade fries cooked in a mix of bacon grease and this beef tallow and it was absolutely amazing! So happy with the product. Looking forward to trying it for skin as well.
