This smooth, creamy, and wholesome lard is naturally rendered from the nutrient-dense kidney fat of healthy pasture-raised hogs sourced locally from small Ontario farms. A cult favourite amongst bakers, professional chefs, and enthusiastic cooks, it is prized for its clean, and un-porky flavour.

Use as needed for frying, sauteing, and baking. Always scoop with a clean utensil. Fat can be filtered and reused.
