We ship our broth packages frozen using insulated containers. However, these items may arrive partially frozen, refrigerated, or cool, depending on the weather and transit time.
If your broth arrives fully or partially frozen, it's okay to refreeze these items if you aren't consuming them immediately.
If your items are completely thawed out on arrival, please refrigerate them and consume them within two weeks from the ship date.

We ship using various options including UPS, Purolator, FedEx CanadaPost or Local Couriers.
No worries, we can help. Take a photo of the damage and email it to us along with a request for a replacement — our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. In most cases, we can send out a replacement.

Shipments go out on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. For standard shipping options, shipments to Ontario and Quebec, arrive within 1 to 2 days. For orders in the Canada and US, expect your order to arrive in 2 to 7 business days based on your location.
Please don’t return your bone broth or food items — as part of Natritional’s food safety and quality standards, we don’t allow returns. We also don’t offer returns based on personal taste. We do offer a satisfaction guarantee and will replace or refund orders with issues.
